Shipping

To reduce environmental impact, SOBKOLT uses pre-orders/made-to-order systems and dropshipping. Therefore it might take longer for your product to reach you than you are used to. However we believe in handcraft and humanity. Thank you for your patience. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on:

  • The Netherlands — orders over €200

  • Europe — orders over €300

  • Rest of the world — orders over €300

Tip: it might be smart to place a joint order with a friend. Ordering two necklaces together can help you reach the free shipping threshold and keep costs low.


Processing & Pre-Orders

All pieces are made with care and attention. Most of our items are available as pre-order, meaning your necklace is specially made for you.

Because of this, production times may vary. Please check the product detail page of your specific necklace to see the estimated timeline for your piece.

Once your necklaces have arrived in our studio and are ready to ship, it takes approximately 5 business days to process and dispatch your order.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via PostNL.

You will always receive a Track & Trace code by email once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note that delivery times provided by the carrier are indicative. Once your order has left our studio and has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.


International Orders & Customs

For orders outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot refund these costs if you decide not to accept the parcel.

Returns

 

Items are eligible for return 14 days after receipt. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@sobkolt.com. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, only approved returns will be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Email us at info@sobkolt.com with an explanation of the issue and photos if possible. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, personalized items, special orders etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Gift cards and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. The simplest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return and once that return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at info@sobkolt.com.

Refunds

Once your items have been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

If the items returned are not approved for refund (i.e. have been worn, damaged etc.), a refund will not be issued. You will be contacted for further resolution.
