Shipping & Returns
To reduce environmental impact, SOBKOLT uses dropshipping, which takes around 14 days.
Items are eligible for return 14 days after receipt. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, only approved returns will be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of the issue and photos if possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, personalized items, special orders etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Gift cards and sale items are FINAL SALE.
We currently do not offer exchanges. The simplest way to exchange an item is to initiate a return and once that return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Once your items have been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
If the items returned are not approved for refund (i.e. have been worn, damaged etc.), a refund will not be issued. You will be contacted for further resolution.
